Meet Taniesha

Licensed Clinical Therapist & Founder of Still Voice Therapy 

Welcome, and thank you for paying us a visit! I’m Taniesha, a licensed psychotherapist in Pasadena, CA, and CEO & Founder of Still Voice Therapy.  My clinical work in mental health began in 2017. Trained by the University of Southern California, I provide counseling and therapy services to adults, couples, and families to bring emotional, spiritual, and mental wellness.

Growing up, I struggled to cope with my own mental health barriers and denied myself the help and healing I needed. That’s why I’m here today as a therapist - because I want you to live your life with purpose and joy. Therapy is always available to you. It’s okay to put your mental health first so that you are fully present for yourself, your loved ones, and your life.

Individual Therapy

If you’re struggling to move forward due to depression, anxiety, various traumas, and other mental health issues, Still Voice Therapy provides Individual Therapy Services to give you a space for self-exploration and healing. Here at Still Voice, we want you to feel heard, and we’re always here to listen and guide you along your journey.

Couples Therapy

Have you and your partner felt out-of-touch with each other or struggling to connect harmoniously? No matter what changes you are experiencing in your relationship, we believe that every couple can heal and thrive together. Our approach includes addressing each partner’s personal mental health barriers that may cause specific behaviors and patterns. We guide you to be more present with each other, bringing your relationship back into a more joyful and peaceful place.

Family Therapy

Heal and strengthen your family’s bond with Still Voice Family Therapy. Conflicts within your home life can create resentment, distance, stress, and even mental health struggles. Our Family Therapy Service provides families with a safe place to help improve communication and understanding. We help your family develop healthy boundaries, restore trust, and deepen connections with each other.

Public Speaking

We believe that diminishing the stigma surrounding mental health and seeking therapy is vital to our communities. If you would like Taniesha to speak at your event or conference about topics such as coping with depression and anxiety, we’re more than happy to attend!
