You have depression and/or anxiety that’s overwhelming you and your daily life.
You find it difficult to keep healthy relationships or have fulfilling ones.
You’re going through a crisis, struggling through grief or feeling hopeless.
You have past trauma that has not been healed yet and other underlying causes that may be affecting your relationships and everyday life.

No, Still Voice Therapy does not prescribe any medication. We only offer psychotherapy at this time. However, if you and your therapist have determined that proper medication is the best option for you at this time, we will refer you to a licensed psychiatrist who can prescribe medication for you.

We provide our clients with a safe, private space for self-reflection, healing, and growth. We understand if you do not want to involve family and close friends in this process, so that’s why we’re here to help you along your journey! We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy here at Still Voice. Learn more about our services here.

The way we approach each session is tailored to the client’s needs and the type of service they chose (individual, group, or couples).
During our first few sessions, your therapist will ask you about what you’re currently experiencing in your life and get to know you. Then, they will determine the best treatment plan to help you achieve your desired outcomes and overcome your mental health barriers so that you may find balance. Your therapist will also consider what topic you would like to address on a week-by-week basis. Your sessions are always centered around you and what you need most!
